The level of quality matches the price, which we appreciate. Also appreciate the general honesty of the seller. The packing of the goods needs to improve, and we hope in the future the supplier will follow the packing instructions on the drawing. In the last shipment, we had a paper (cardboard) carton tear open in two places due to inadequete taping/packing, BUT luckily and amazingly no parts were lost. Suffice to say, packing with with supplier has always been an issue...BUT it has been the only issue, and so we are (mostly) happy to continue to do business. If the packing can be improved, then I think this supplier will continue to grow and eventually become outstanding, and we will then feel comfortable placing larger orders.
